Pay Per Play:

Bring a new player to league night, and both you and your guest will receive a penny beer.

Rules:

• New player must be participating in eague for the first time.
• One penny beer will be awarded for each qualifying new player.
• Bring multiple new players and earn multiple penny beers.
• Offer may only be redeemed once per new league player.

• 2-person scramble
• 9 holes per round

In a scramble format, both players on each team will hit a tee shot on every hole. The Golfzon simulator will select the best shot, and both players will play from that position, or they may elect to choose the other player’s shot. This process continues on each stroke until the ball is holed. Once all teams have completed the hole and scores have been recorded, the simulator will advance to the next hole. Play continues until all 9 holes are completed.

• Player Difficulty: Tour Mode
• Tee Boxes: White tees (default), with the following exceptions:
  • Women, juniors (13 and under), and seniors (60+) may play from red tees

Progressive Tee System:

• Applies when at least 10 players are present
• Players on a team that wins 1st place will move back one tee box for future league nights
• Each additional win moves the player back one additional tee box until reaching black tees

Progression:

• Red → White → Blue → Black

Additional Settings:

• Wind:
  • Month 1: Weak
  • Month 2: Normal
  • Month 3: Strong
• Concede Distance: 4 feet
• Mulligans: None
• Pin Position: Random and consistent across all players
• Green Position: Random and consistent across all players

• League fees must be paid at signup. Spots will not be held without payment.

• Players must coordinate with the League Manager to play outside of Wednesday 6:00–9:00 PM hours.
• Players arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their entry fee. No refunds.

Advance Play:

• Non-season pass players may play the weekly course up to 7 days in advance
• Season pass players may play future courses in advance with League Manager approval
  • All advance rounds must be played from black tees

Solo Play (Season Pass Only):

• Season pass holders may play without a partner
• Rounds will be scored as stroke play under scramble limitations
• No second shot advantage will be given

Gameplay:

• Players must be ready to play by 6:00 PM
• The first completed round is the official score for that week
• If there is an odd number of players, one player may play on two teams:
  • The player must pay for both teams
  • Only the lower score will count toward standings

Equipment:

• Players may bring their own clubs or use complimentary rentals
• Clubs must be clean to avoid simulator damage (cleaning stations provided)

Simulator Play:

• Ensure the shot indicator (blue circle) is active before hitting
• Unregistered shots may be replayed without penalty
• Accidental movements that register as shots will count

Lie & Surface Rules:
Shots must be played from the correct surface:

• Fairway: dark/light green striped surface
• Gravel: dark/light green striped surface
• Light rough: short green surface
• Heavy rough: tall green surface
• Fairway bunker: white surface
• Green bunker: orange surface

Putting:

• Only simulator-auto-conceded putts (within 4 ft) are allowed
• All other putts must be attempted

Etiquette:
Players must follow standard golf etiquette, including:

• Maintaining pace of play
• Respecting facilities, staff, and other players
• Minimizing noise and movement during shots

Score Submission:

• Scores must be submitted nightly to the League Manager
• All players must attest to scores before submission
• Disputes must be addressed immediately with management

• Lowest score = 1st place
• Second lowest = 2nd place
• Third lowest = 3rd place

Tie Rules:

• 2-way tie for 1st: split 1st & 2nd prizes
• 3-way tie for 1st: split 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes
• 2-way tie for 2nd: split 2nd & 3rd prizes

Additional Tie-Breakers:

• Compare scores starting from the hardest handicap hole
• Continue until a winner is determined

If no scorecard is available:

• Closest-to-the-pin contest on the first Par 3:
  • Each player receives 3 attempts
  • Closest shot on the green wins
  • Absent players forfeit their attempt 

• 1st place team will win $140 cash
• 2nd place team will win $105 gift card
• 3rd place team will win $70 gift card

• Available only during Wednesday League Night (6:00–9:00 PM)
• $10 per team (cash only, paid prior to play)

How it works:

• Lowest team score (birdie or better) on a hole wins a skin
• If multiple teams tie, the skin is “cut” (no winner)
• Pot = total entry fees collected
• Payout = pot ÷ number of winning skins
• If no skins are won, the pot rolls over to the next week

Points are accumulated throughout the season. Weekly points are based on the number of teams competing.

Example (10 teams):

• 1st = 10 points
• 2nd = 9 points
• 3rd = 8 points
• …
• 10th = 1 point
