- Maximize customer enjoyment by providing friendly, welcoming interactions and exceptional service.
- Greet guests and introduce them to Par & Pour® and Golfzon offerings, including game demonstrations and safety guidelines.
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink & food orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the facility, including seating areas, bays, and restrooms.
- Ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and comply with legal requirements.
- Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to their requests or concerns.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Collaborate with the other staff members to provide exceptional service.

- Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Experience as a bartender in a similar environment and knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques are helpful but not required.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

In this role, you’ll prepare and serve our signature menu items with speed, quality, and consistency while helping create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. - Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently
- Maintain portion control, presentation standards, and food quality
- Follow all health, safety, and ServSafe guidelines
- Keep workstations, utensils, and equipment clean and organized
- Store, label, and rotate food items properly
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and supply needs
- Support daily setup, breakdown, and cleaning of the food truck
- Provide friendly, prompt service and answer menu questions
- Assist with taking orders and handling cash under PIC supervision
- Communicate effectively about prep needs, inventory, and guest feedback
- Support coworkers during busy shifts and maintain a positive team environment

- Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and guest-service skills
- Ability to work quickly and consistently in a fast-paced food truck environment
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be at least 16 years of age
